Things You Are Not Meant To Know Or Notice!

Currently RTE and other media – equally devious and politically biased – are not telling the public a lot of stuff. This post contains some of this stuff. If you wish to keep others in the dark for your own devious agenda, you wont share this post obviously. Those with their own political agenda like FG, won’t obviously share it and RTE as a prime example, will continue to be a national disgrace by not mentioning in full, the important  greater facts.

  1. The UN says: Direct Provision is a “severe violation of human rights“. Fine Gael and it’s Fianna Fail backers/enablers are already breaking international law.  If anyone (Greens?) want to get into partnership with them and they continuing to carrying it out? That would then make them criminals too, joining up with already criminals, participating in the continuation of international crime.
    .
  2. Fine Gael and it’s enablers are already breaking multiple human rights laws through another massive buried scandal called “JobPath”. Further details here. We shall be coming back to JobPath too.
    .
  3. Fine Gael along with Labour, introduced the VRT charge on vehicles. Under international law this slapped charge on vehicles is illegal. The government is yearly paying fines imposed for the continuation of this charge. The government is using public money to pay the charge. Heads they win, tails the public loses. For all the money that’s paid in fines, Fine Gael and enablers, is willing to continue the VRT as they make more from it yearly in total than the total amount that has to be paid in fines for the same year.
    .
  4. For all their too late efforts to deal with Corona and their total balls-up too (we will come make to those too). as of the 5th of June, Ireland remains in stricter lockdown than most of Europe, experts claim (see here). Keep this in mind as they also add to that matter, the fact that Ireland as of same date, has a far higher rate of deaths per population million than most countries in the world! (see here) In other words, for all their failures and non-actions, the efforts of Fine Gael have in stats, been exposed to be of utter incompetence. Then there is the advocating of breaking Covid-19 rules when it PR suits Fine Gael. See here.
    .
  5. Fine Gael, Fianna Fail and other parties equally guilty in participating in cronyism and nepotism, still refuse to correct a clear undemocratic wrong. The passing on of council seats (wages – set to increase, perks and pension) to family, friends and even business mates. A modern example of this still continuing can be found here. Job roles that means governing over people’s lives – but no democratic vote taking place, to actually put in place a replacement!
    .
  6. While Fine Gael was quick to get their PR face on and condemn the death of a black man in America, for decades they and other parties have refused to condemn the deaths of adults and children as similar killings take place in Palestine, for example. In fact, in the face of current Chinese draconic laws being introduced regarding Hong Kong, only two of of Ireland’s representatives of the total lot, has spoken up on record. See here.
    .
  7. Low paid workers have paid a far heavy price for going about their work (see here) while being more infected by the Coronavirus than the wealthy of Ireland. No one will be likely be held accountable for this. Fine Gael and it’s enablers don’t do proper accountability. In fact, they won’t allow it. They produce more useless “Inquiries” (see here) to get around real Garda/court room accountability.
    .
  8. There has been too much fudging of Covid numbers. Many are considered inaccurate. See here. Homes say virus deaths were wrongly assigned to them or dispute number of deaths.
    .
  9. The Department of Finance has released full details of the €8.4 million in payments to lawyers & consultancy firms in the Apple tax case. The release came on foot of advice from the Attorney General.
    .
  10. In an Irish Times article 3rd June 2020, here, it stated the following regarding current laws… (after Leo Varadkar resigned his government by going to the president, to do so. Thus giving up all official roles and connected titles.) “A number of provisions on evidence will also lapse including the extra powers given to gardaí to allow them to make inferences from an accused person’s silence. The measures will not be renewed because the Seanad is in abeyance until a new government is formed. Only 49 members of the 60-seat Seanad have been elected. The remaining 11 are chosen by the incoming Taoiseach. Mr Varadkar is not empowered to nominate them.
    .
Note the last two lines. IT ACKNOWLEDGES WHAT SOME HAVE REFUSED TO ACCEPT. While acting as caretakers are in office, TD’s do not have an official elected assigned role yet, including the democratic awarded title of “Taoiseach”. For example, if Leo Varadkar  was again an official elected Taoiseach – he would have the power to do what was felt needed! While it might be polite to call him “Taoiseach”, according to the constitution he and others assigning him the title, do so willfully outside the law. In the case of Fine Gael and it’s enablers, they do so just for personal PR purposes alone. Be it save face or try put a gloss on someone else! It’s a point of law – but as easily seen by more willing (what cannot be done), also a very important one and why!
    .
  11. TDs ask why we’re paying €44,000/bed/month in our private hospitals deal, compared with €10k in the UK, we are told, the UK deal probably only pays for beds used! What is not being asked is, would it not been wise to have that basic clause in our hospital agreement? Why are we paying max rates? Something smells rotten to a lot of voters and the usual culprits are again profiting from FG unofficial bailouts (as certain private hospitals were in dire money trouble – but you are not supposed to know that either and RTE is again not telling you that too!
    .
  12. RE: EU Euro Bond & Loan Idea. EU top heads have announced a €750 Billion loan effort for economic hit states across Europe. As soon as the announcement was officially made by the female head of the EU, the usual FG heads including Phil Hogan, started to appear through RTE, each spouting how marvelous this all is. Again, what RTE and FG heads were not saying is that for some of these “grants” to be given, in return certain sovereign rights such as ability to self-set tax rates at home, might have to be given away. See here.
    .
In Ireland’s case, this is something German and France have been tried to get Ireland to do for sometime – give more of our self governing abilities away.
What RTE and FG (and FF) are not also mentioning is that the EU body from Brussels, wants all the states of Europe to combine their debts and and then divide that financial number by the number of EU countries there is. Taking into account that by far, the countries with the biggest own national debts are Germany and France, those countries now expect the rest of the other EU states to take onboard part of their debts and just pay them – as part of their bill is divided up and passed onto others who might on their own, have an original smaller national debt.

    .
A number of Northern EU states are (rightly, I feel) said “Hang on, this is not fair. We are not having it!” and have officially objected. This matter is still being trashed out. In other words, the other more debt heavy states are trying to bully the objectors into accepting the debt share setup. Of course FG/FF heads as their appear on RTE and other outlets are currently questioned on other matters, none of them are saying much or at all about the other EU antics.
    .
  13. In the near future Ireland faces real realities. Between the repayment of further EU loans given due to CV19, current loss of tax intake by the state, outgoing payments to affected people and businesses besides a drastic lower tax intake in the future – and more – there will enviably be knock on effects. There will likely be an effect on services provided by the state, be it health department or otherwise. Taxes, charges, levies, etc, will likely change and rise to a degree. New as well as current, will be quiet imposed on items. Open and stealth taxes, increasing.
    .
  14. The ‘internet/laptop’ or mobile phone tax is likely to be tried re-introduced as quiet as possible. It hasn’t gone away. FG still speaks of it quietly. Water charge bills for more might likely occur. Again, tried to be done without large announcements so people don’t protest as much and government TDs hope its just accepted more by complacent.
    .
  15. Old-hand politicians will be also keen (desperate) to avoid using the toxic word “Austerity” but realistically they all know that’s going to be imposed. Saying the word “Austerity” is not a vote winner so it will be interesting to watch what new ways of saying it they will come up with. Whatever new government that comes in, are going to face a public backlash to some degree for all this and more. This in part, is why some political heads are nervous about being part of the next government. The next official elected “Taoiseach” will be the face of austerity/toxic measures in all but name. This also in part, is why certain political heads are in no rush to be that next Taoiseach – willing to accept a lesser role and only too willing to hand that position to others first. It’s a toxic role, a ‘poisoned chalice’ position as its said. Some party heads will take the top position, in part, if only to ensure Sinn Fein doesn’t gain power.
    .
This is why some top inner FG members and lower ranks fear entering into government. Before CV19 hit, there was already FG talk of preferring to sit the next government out. Thinking was then in the run up to GE2020 that FF would be the next main party in government. Then the SF bump occurred – then CV19 hit. Recent headlines on newspapers stated that FG fear a dramatic loss of seats in a future general election. The hit bring caused by again been seen to be in government, again imposing measures in all but austerity name. Never a vote winner and old-hands know it.
    .
  16. Reality is also that Sinn Fein will likely be part of a future government be it after the next election – or the one after that. The current block to them, is thought to be Mr Martin led in FF – so when he goes, so will that hurdle. Same with FG Leo. Both are desperate to keep SF out of government for as long as possible – or as long as some can get to build up their financial worth and then get the hell out quickly, saying PR words to the effect “Time to hand over to new blood”.
    .
For the rest of the people in Ireland, we all realise that there are tough times ahead. What remains to be seen in part is who will get priority (elected always thinking of their next own election, of course) and that lower to middle class people will likely to be left paying more so that a rich/poor gap widens! This gap will include TDs in one of those categories as they quiet continue to accept their own increasing wages. Each increase accepted and not public announced. …As what happened with the recent €8.000+ bump that RTE avoided mentioning as much as possible.
    .
  17. The use of food kitchens will likely quietly increase, The good work of Ken Smollen, assistants and others, will be more required. Housing will tried to be tackled as in PR terms alone, not to be seen reducing those numbers, could be a vote changer and old political hands know it. Their success or failure will come about by what measured they impose and what little money is available. Schools themselves will continue to feel a financial strain so changes to their methods to keep financial afloat, will not likely change in favour of a parent. A further deemed toxic matter some TD’s would rather quiet shy away from than been seen to try tackle and fail.Health department matters will likely be very strained at ground work level and at management levels, political and specialist heads will continue to clash. Throw into this mix, the unions, the decent ones, trying to protect their own members – and you have no easy road ahead.
    .
  18. If Trump wins another terms of office, the USA will impose measures to try win USA companies back to its shores. There will be small degrees of success. Trade deals will see the like of chlorinated chickens and other questionable products quietly allowed to seep in. EU countries will again try to take as much of Irelands West coast fish stocks as possible – while quiet reducing more of our sovereign self-ruling rights (the EU loans come with more than just a financial price but RTE again won’t report this) – while the same EU along with again FG/FF permission, will quietly continue to take Ireland money for the new European arms race created via the unconstitutional PESCO agreement that FG/FF/Lab and Greens previously, quietly and without public permission, signed the Ireland nation up to.
    .
  19. Those on  €700 to €800 a day, raging about those on €350 a week…
    .
    .
  20. JobPath, the Fine Gael and Labour introduced racket that sees hundreds of thousands Ireland citizens pressganged in contravention of Human Rights Laws, has also massive amounts of corporate and departmental fraud and stealing going on. This is on top of the physical and mental abuses running into definite hundreds of cases – possible thousands – besides also state deliberate misrepresenting statistic numbers, the state stealing of people’s personal data before giving it (illegally) further to private companies, and a lot more criminality, is all being media buried.
    .
Fine Gael and its enablers are unwilling to let te people know all this is going on while they double standard condemn abuses that have happened in the past by others! For potential loss of votes alone, they cannot allow JobPath to be truthfully exposed. RTE media is playing their bit in a massive cover-up. UnitedPeople has been the only political party to fully expose all aspects of the JobPath racket – see here. A racket that has in part, a failure rate of 96% – the cost to the taxpayer so far? Approaching €300 Million Euro.
    .
  21. While Fine Gael and it’s enablers are keen to be seen restoring a pay rise over due to ordinary civil service workers and getting positive PR for it, what will be vastly hidden by media (especially RTE), will be an additional aspect FG and cabal team mates will not be speaking about – that they also get another €2,000 pay change as part of that restoration process. This is will be the second pay bump they will get this year, 2020. Most except SF/Rise, to our knowledge, have grabbed the recent €8,000 addition pay bump. Others might have rejected it but not public said, to be fair. Many of these also take additional automatic payments. There is travel allowance too that is awarded, if they travel if not. This can go up to €35,000+ on top of their already basic €96,000+ wages. Most TD’s are already getting more money in ONE DAY (€700+) than a Covid put out of worker, in a week. Note: SF and Solidarity/PBP/Rise reject all pay rises automatically. They say they have more than enough already. Whoever is Taoiseach later, by next year they will be on over €800 Euro a day.
    .
  22. The following (link) is from The Phoenix magazine (recommended buying):  “THE PATH to increased military spending has been well tended in recent months with Air Corps capability increasingly targeted as a weak spot in Irish neutrality.
    .
Headlines of Russian bombers “near” Irish airspace dominated the early part of the year, a cause taken up with intensity by the Irish Times in particular. There were articles based on the musings of two separate retired US Army Generals, a flurry of letter writing and an editorial warning about the “Putin playbook.”
    .
RTÉ’s Seán Whelan helpfully pointed out that Finland, a neutral EU state of similar size, has 55 fighter jets while Ireland has zero. The Irish Times also had earlier carried a report in which former head of the Air Corps Major General Ralph James told the paper that the state would need to invest in at least 16 jets as a starting point to meet defence capability.
    .
Hawkish minded observers will hardly have been impressed to see the national broadcaster draft in Professor Ray Murphy from the NUIG Centre for Human Rights to offer analysis when a more reliably on message ‘security expert’ could have done the job.
    .
Murphy pointed out that the “purchase of such aircraft is only part of the overall cost, as the purchase and maintenance of an up-to-date air defence system to accompany this is also prohibitively costly” and that “with a health and housing crisis, along with greater awareness of the need for climate action, it would not make sense to spend large amounts of exchequer funding on fighter aircraft”.
    .
While public attitudes to military issues are sensitive terrain at the best of times, this is nothing in comparison to the issue of public confidence in state procurement. Fine Gael have already been burned by a string of overspending scandals, such as the National Children’s Hospital and the rural broadband.
    .
Nonetheless, the Covid outbreak brought further arguments centred on the importation of PPE and transport of Defence Forces personal stationed overseas in places like the Lebanon. The Government have since requested that the Air Corps examine future air capability while in the Dáil An Taoiseach has suggested that this may be an opportune time to open the chequebook “given there are so many aeroplanes on the ground at the moment, and perhaps aeroplanes are inexpensive at the moment.”
    .
While the state may not command a fleet of sophisticated fighter jets, deadly weapons and military transport aircraft any time soon, it is considered advantageous to be seen to be taking the matter seriously. Promoting the notion that Ireland is a “significant piece on the geopolitical chessboard”, as suggested in the Irish Times, is an important piece of spin as the Government eyes a seat on the UN Security Council.
    .
Elections for the five non-permanent members who will hold seats during 2021-22 term were scheduled for June 17. Ireland is, of course, in competition with Norway, whose air force has been doing a better job keeping an eye on those pesky Russians in the North Atlantic.” /END
    .
    .
  23. A report exposes that blanket cocooning for elderly has done more harm than good for them. (link) Quote: “The blanket over-70s “cocooning” measures were ill-advised because of their predictable negative impact on physical and mental health, eroding the emotional and cognitive resilience older people need to handle stress and adversity, and also discriminatory on age grounds.
    .

Contrary to what people were being led to believe by FG (no surprise), in fact, meetings over two hours were and still are NOT banned. A number of Ireland’s caretakers have seen to it that Dail sitting hours have bit by by, been unfair reduced. They have seen to it that court times have been reduced. They have seen to it that other governing bodies times have been reduced. Doing it all with the message it’s supposedly for the public good – but is it?
    .
In the Dail for example, Paul Murphy TD, has been exposing the hell out of the private hospital hire racket. Something that is also a quiet bailout for a DOB hospital that was pre-Covid, in financial dire straights (no, media is not mentioning this either). With a already questionable ex-Taoiseach before he even joined its director board, on it, why wouldn’t it be!
    .
Others have been exposing FG and their twin, FF, as been up to the usual involved devilment or standing too quietly by as their cabal mates carries it all out. It’s no wonder then, that FG and FF heads want the Dail operating times reduced. Already in the limited times it is allowed operate, too much is being exposed to their liking. Can’t be having that exposed or too many delving questions? So let’s cut more hours off…
    .
So while they are saying their hours (and those that also might be used by opposition to challenge their antics) must be reduced, in fact, they expect ordinary workers to be together for eight hour shifts. One rule for them, another for other more lowly folk in their eyes. In fact, the health guys and girls of Ireland have reaffirmed that there is no such rule!
    .

    .
RTE once again is not reporting a lot of this. This and more is being censored from the airwaves.
    .
  24. It’s bad enough that FG will get int bed with convicted criminals that hold Dail seats – but to then put into office other questionable character?
    .
  25. Fine Gael openly telling flight companies to give vouchers to people rather than their money back – which BY EU LAW they MUST do. This equates to Fine Gael openly encouraging private companies to break the law. In the USA, Senator Blumenthal called out the airlines for withholding cash refunds on canceled flights. Here? FG are silent in doing same, only speaking up instead to encourage more EU law breaking.
    .
  26. The state is ensuring the taxpayer and voters in Ireland gain even less information about where their money is going. In the latest case, regarding previous Taoiseach pensions and others prior elected. All details to be buried from pubic access. Transparency be damned! What? RTE news didn’t inform you of this latest state devilment? Or FF, Labour, etc? News link.
    .
Under a previous FG and Labour government, as it came to a close, the two parties quickly and quietly rammed (in their last few days) through legislation so that the public could also gain far less information about their own financial activity, expenses and their spending of public money. RTE and more, didn’t and still won’t report this either.
    .
  27. Following up on th breaking of many human rights by Fine Gael and all that are willing to back it, the UN and the IHRC have come out and stated on record that Ireland’s Special Criminal Court and associated Act, are highly questionable – if not also act of illegality. News link here and here. Despite this massive scandal of huge legal implications, RTE, etc refuse to report it or update the population of Ireland on the matter.
    .
  28. RTE ever keen to shout from their roof tops, any polls existing that out their elite favoured out onto the air waves, oddly forgot to mention this one huge poll that actually exposed something they clearly didn’t like previously.Just one in 10 Irish voters back Fianna Fail, Fine Gael and independent Government – link. This poll was and still continues to be massive media buried.
    .
  29. Some February election facts of 2020 buried. The Irish Indo’ and RTE keep going on about SF not being voted for by 75% of voters at the last recent election. They are banging on about it regular – but oddly, they repeatedly (always) fail to mention that in full facts…
    (a) 79.1% did not vote for Fine Gael.
    (b) 77.8% did not vote for Fianna Fail and
    (c) 56.9% did not vote for both of them combined.
    (d) 32.4% voted for other alternatives.
    (e) Sinn Fein gained over 500,000 votes. 240,000+ more than their second place, nearest rival.
    (f) The Ceann Comhairle was automatic given his seat. He won no election and not one vote was placed for him. His party, FF, cannot claim they won that seat in the 2020 election – therefore Fianna Fail WON THE SAME number of seats as Sinn Fein – not one more than them. RTE and other lying media continue to PR spin true fact regarding number of seats “won”.
    (g) Michael Martin had to crawl across the “elected” line by digging into sixth placed preferences.
    (h) Leo Varadkar had to crawl across the “elected” line by digging into fifth placed preferences.
    (I) Mary Lou of Sinn Fein raced into her seat by a surplus of first preferences alone! So who was the most wanted person to be leader of Ireland sought? Hazard a guess…
    .
  30. A legal challenge by three residents of Dublin’s embassy belt to the constitutionality of fast track planning laws could derail plans for over 16,000 housing units. The litigants, who include billionaire financier Dermot Desmond’s wife Pat, are opposed to plans for more than 600 apartments on former RTÉ land. But their case also has implications for dozens of other proposed large scale housing developments around the country currently being considered by An Bord Pleanala. Link.
    .
  31. Buried – deliberately forgotten about – and the person is still allowed to run things despite the 2020 general election voters firing her from her position. Fine Gael once again standing by criminal activity, those involved – and rewarding them handsomely.
    .
  32. RTE pensions and Shane Ross connection? That matter had to be quickly dropped from RTE’s news reporting. News link.
    .
  33. Gone unreported. Facebook has agreed to pay $550m (£419m) to settle a lawsuit over accusations it had broken USA, Illinois state laws concerning the use of biometric data it obtained via facial recognition technology. The amount is among the largest payouts for a data privacy breach in US history, while demonstrating the stark consequences of crossing Illinois’s robust data privacy laws. The New York Times first reported the settlement, noting that the sum “dwarfed” the $380m penalty imposed on Equifax over a considerably larger data breach back in 2017. The use of biometric identifiers is heavily regulated in the state of Illinois, which prohibits the collection, storage and use of biometric data without consent of the individuals concerned. Illinois law also requires businesses to store identifiers securely and to delete them in a timely manner.
    .
A lot of the above is EXACTLY what the Irish Office of Data Protection has reported accused Regina Doherty and her then own department of breaking regarding the PSC – and by connection, illegal use and transfer of citizens data for the JobPath racket they are desperate to still keep majority buried from public attention.
    .
Regina continued to deny such things but a statement of admission by her own department after she was election sacked, massive exposed not just her possibly huge lying but also how much FG was and still is, willing to tell the Irish public to obey all laws while they break them (data laws, VRT laws, creating a monopoly laws, etc) at national and international level. No. You’re not supposed to know this stuff either. Other parties don’t want you knowing this stuff too, as it makes it harder for them to then join up in coalition with parties that are exposed for their own criminal activity themselves.
    .
  34. When “Irish Water” was created, it was done so in violation of long established EU rules concerning the formation of a monopoly over services. Irish Water continues to break EU law regarding this and the elected culprits for breaking massive EU laws, remains within our Dail to this very day – never legally held to account for their highly illegal actions on a European stage.
    .
  35. It’s easy to list RTE alone, in PR likes to espouse that it’s impartial and is clean as white driven snow. However, when it actually come to political debates and who is on TV asking the questions? The presenters would have been trying to be impartial and if so, credit to them. Political connections-wise, it don’t make RTE look good? Judge for yourself. Time for alternative presenters to be found?

In conclusion: It’s easy to keep going and list more – but in short summary – there is a crap load of stuff that RTE and other media is failing to report. Reports have been buried by the bucketful and media ia not only failing to report their existence in the first place but also failing to report the consistent successful attempt of Fine Geal and it’s enablers, to bury them away into state archives for 25, 30 or even 75 years so that people who deserve to be held to court room account, are not able to by victims.

The above is a mere scratch of the surface. If you want to wake up from any disillusionment you are under – and are willing to look beyond traditional party PR and vote gaining tricks, you would do well to read “Why I Will Never Vote FG/FF/Labour!” – how much of those 101 reasons are exposed or now buried by wide national media including RTE? Things you are also not meant to know or notice.
